Neighborhood shopping centers are typically designed to accommodate locally owned and operated service businesses and national franchises. Our shopping centers range from 10,000 square feet to 16,000 square feet in size sub-divisible into conveniently sized storefronts of approximately 1200 square feet to 1300 square feet.

Our office projects range from 8,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet, sub-divisible into conveniently sized office suites of approximately 1000 square feet.
