We are hiring for the below position:
Position: Project Manager
Locations: 4433 Punjab Way, Suite# 301, Frisco, TX, 75033
Duties:
Overseen multiple projects across all phases of development.
Managing the project team including any subcontractors and scheduling the project timeline using Primavera P6.
Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers.
Responsible for estimating using Active Takeoff.
Documenting detailed and summarized project progress reports.
Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
Monitoring actual expenditure against project budget.
Monitoring workflow and make timeline adjustments as needed.
Analyzing the actual drawings with AUTOCAD 3D, AUTODESK REVIT.
Position Requirements: Masters degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
Salary: $ 76,586.00 per year.
