Eldorado Retail is a 14,000 SF shopping center on a 1.86 Acre commercial lot on
1000 W Eldorado Pkwy, Little Elm, TX. The project site is located in a densely populated area in the fast-growing Little Elm. Thousands of homes within a mile; lakefront sport and tourist activity right across from the building; and huge daytime traffic on Eldorado Pkwy makes this project an ideal neighborhood shopping center.

Shops on Mansions is a 17,000 SF neighborhood shopping center located on
6313 N George Bush Hwy, Garland, TX. This project enjoys extraordinary frontage to the George Bush Hwy and is surrounded by several hundred upscale apartments. This project features 10 conveniently sized, functional storefront spaces. We are building interior improvements for tenants.

5580 Collin McKinney Pkwy, McKinney, TX. With four other projects on the same street, we constructed 50,000 on Collin McKinney Pkwy in McKinney. The economic impact and neighborhood services we added to the communities around Collin McKinney Pkwy is very obvious.

VILLAGE PARK SQUARE
Village Park Square is a 17,000 SF mixed use; 3-building project located on
5400 Collin McKinney Parkway in McKinney, TX. Village Park Square features a 10,000 SF Montessori building; 5,000 SF retail building; and 2,000 SF professional office building. We constructed the interior buildout also for the Montessori building. Retail building is leased to an Asian Indian Grocery/Restaurant. Office building is occupied by a home theater / smart home control company.

Shops at Lake Forest is the newest addition to our portfolio of commercial projects. Shops at Lake Forest is a 15,000 SF neighborhood retail strip center on
5121 Collin McKinney Parkway in McKinney, TX. This project features 12 conveniently sized, functional storefront spaces. One of the endcaps is a drive thru.

Lake Forest Plaza is a 11,500 SF retail / restaurant strip center on
5160 Collin McKinney Parkway in McKinney, TX. This is a structural steel building with beautiful brick, stone and stucco treatment. With excellent frontage to Collin McKinney Parkway, the shopping center enjoys visibility to the North and South bound traffic on Lake Forest Drive, McKinney. Space in this shopping center is filling up fast.

PERFECT OFFICE PARK
Perfect Office Park is an 18,200 SF office condominium project on
4433 Punjab Way, Frisco, TX. The project comprises of four office buildings. Two buildings are each 4,200 SF and the other two buildings are each 4,900 SF. Each building is designed for four, fully functional office suites. The project is designed with a courtyard style connectivity between buildings featuring a water fountain and park style benches. We call Perfect Office Park, our Home. Our neighbors in the Perfect Office Park include a large CPA firm, a Neurology group, a Brain Medicine center, and a Driving School.

26785 E. University Dr, Aubrey, TX. This structural steel building with high ceilings is one of the best built and elegant buildings on the Highway 380 corridor in Little Elm area. Plaza 380 is home to an Orthodontist, a Thai Restaurant, a Sports Volunteer group, a Church and an Insurance Office.
